Following our hugely successful programmes at Rangers, Hearts, Kilmarnock and St Johnstone since launching in 2023, Prostate FFIT is heading to north to Aberdeen! It’s our free exercise programme specifically for all men go through prostate cancer. 100% of men who have attended would recommend to others. Join us at Aberdeen FC in January 2025!
We’ve teamed up with the SPFL Trust to launch the unique Prostate Football Fans in Training (Prostate FFIT).
Our Prostate FFIT programme is specifically intended for individuals who are undergoing or have completed prostate cancer treatment. It is developed by experts in prostate cancer and fitness including Prostate Scotland, University of Glasgow and the SPFL Trust.
It’s a good opportunity to
- meet and share experiences other men in a similar situation
- improve your fitness levels over 13 weeks
- build your knowledge of exercise, diet and nutrition
Programme Details
- Start Date: Wednesday, 29th January
- Time & Location: 14:00 – 16:00 at Pittodrie Stadium (Aberdeen FC)
- Duration: 13 weeks (ends Wed 23th April)
- Format: Each session includes a mix of educational and exercise components, with home practice videos
