Prostate FFIT’s on the News!

We’re over half way into the third season and Prostate FFIT’s on the news!
Prostate FFIT, our pioneering exercise programme for men affected by prostate cancer was featured on STV News at Six! It’s run in partnership with The SPFL Trust and the University of Glasgow.
We’re thrilled to work with Kilmarnock FC and Rangers FC this season. The team from STV News at Six went along to one of our training sessions at Ibrox to talk to our ‘players’ and find out more.
Take a look at their report:

Prostate FFIT is suitable for all men undergoing treatment for prostate cancer or when treatment has finished. It’s a tailored version of Football Fans in Training, the SPFL (Scottish Professional Football League) Trust’s flagship health and wellbeing programme.
