Kicking off again at Pittodrie Stadium: Prostate FFIT Returns to Aberdeen!
Following the incredible success of our September 2024 sessions, we’re absolutely delighted that Aberdeen Community Trust have agreed to host another Prostate FFIT at Pittodrie in 2025!
Our Prostate Football Fans in Training (Prostate FFIT) is based on the hugely successful Football Fans in Training delivered by football clubs across Scotland in conjunction with the SPFL Trust. This unique exercise programme now has been running for nearly two years at Rangers, Hearts, Kilmarnock, St Johnstone and Aberdeen. It’s open to all men affected by prostate cancer and is a great opportunity to meet men in a similar situation, share experiences and improve your fitness levels.
Kicking off on Wednesday 29th January from 14.00-16.00, the free programme will run for 13 weeks. Each week is structured into two engaging halves: learning and exercise – then there’s exercise videos for homework!
There are just 16 places available and you can register at:
- spfltrust.org.uk/prostateffit – this link will open in the SPFL Trust website
- or phone Elaine, our Services Development Manager on 07816 408429

Don’t wait – secure your place today!
