Head ‘Tay’ Dundee and onto our Prostate FFIT programme!

Spring into action and head ‘Tay’ Dundee with our Prostate FFIT programme! We’re delighted to work with Dundee FC Community Trust to bring our popular programme to Tayside in May.
We’ve teamed up with the SPFL Trust to run our unique Prostate Football Fans in Training (Prostate FFIT) across Scotland. Our programme is open to all men affected by prostate cancer. It’s a brilliant opportunity to meet men in a similar situation, share experiences, improve fitness levels and most importantly, have some fun!
Based on the hugely successful Football Fans in Training delivered by football clubs and the SPFL Trust, Prostate Football Fans in Training has been running for over two years. Rangers, Hearts, Kilmarnock, St Johnstone and Aberdeen football clubs have all run the programme and our ‘players’ have loved taking part!
Kicking off on Thursday 29th May from 11.00am-12.30pm, the free programme will run for 13 weeks. Each session will be split into two halves – learning and exercise – then there’s exercise videos for homework!
You’ll attend the sessions at Gardyne Campus every week, which is part of Dundee & Angus College.
There are just 16 places available and you can register at:
- spfltrust.org.uk/prostateffit – this link will open in the SPFL Trust website
- or phone Elaine, our Services Development Manager on 07816 408429
- or email info@prostatescotland.org.uk
Not sure if it’s for you?
