Exercise Video

There is a growing amount of evidence showing the benefit of exercise for men with prostate cancer.  We’re pleased to offer this safe and accessible resource, and it’s free of charge.

Please view this short introductory video (04:49 mins long) before starting the video below. We’ve included some tips to help you exercise safely.

If you haven’t exercised for a long time then you will need to build this up gradually.  Always check with your doctor before starting to exercise.

Prostate FFIT, our 12 week exercise programme for men with prostate cancer launched in 2023, in partnership with The SPFL Trust and The University of Glasgow. So far we’ve teamed up with Hearts, Rangers, St Johnstone, Aberdeen and Kilmarnock to run the programme in their football clubs, and they were a great success!

In 2025, we’ll be running more Prostate FFIT programmes. In January, we kicked off at Rugby Park in Kilmarnock and at Pittodrie in Aberdeen. You can find out more on this page, where you can also register your interest as we roll out Prostate FFIT throughout Scotland. We’d love to hear from you! We’re thrilled to offer this exciting programme to help men navigate prostate cancer.
