Prostate Scotland is a registered Scottish charity NoSC037494 and company No SC306268 set up in 2006 to:

  • Provide information about the prostate and its diseases
  • increase awareness and improve education, support and provision for prostate issues
  • Influence policy and promote research and treatment developments on prostate issues across Scotland

Since our establishment, we have developed a comprehensive range of information for men and their families and partners about prostate disease and its treatments, run a successful Appeal to help bring about and support robot assisted prostate cancer surgery in the east and West of Scotland, held a major conference with the Royal College of Surgeons and Royal Society of Medicine, and are taking forward awareness work right across Scotland. We work closely with a range of partner organisations in the health and cancer field, as well as with government and parliamentarians.
